Leveraging extensive infrastructure and platform engineering expertise, I led initiatives to scale and optimize a SaaS platform supporting 500+ chatbots, architected for expansion into thousands. With a strategic focus on architectural design, I guided the transition to a robust multi-tenant infrastructure, materially reducing EC2 operational costs while accelerating feature delivery ahead of schedule. Partnering closely with NLU and customer portal teams, I integrated advanced GPT models via AWS Bedrock, enabling rapid, safe chatbot customization and responsible GenAI adoption.
I led the design and implementation of a secure, compliant platform meeting SOC2 and PCI-DSS standards, streamlining governance and audit readiness. I architected a generalized multi-domain model deployed through optimized multi-model Kubernetes pods, increasing platform flexibility across regulated and non-regulated verticals. I also directed improvements to distributed caching layers, delivering measurable gains in throughput, latency, and overall system resilience.
I managed and scaled the Developer Experience (DevEx) function, later transforming it into a globally distributed, async-first team responsible for developer tooling, internal platforms, and workflow enablement. To support this expansion, I executed a deliberate transition of day-to-day infrastructure team leadership to a successor manager, while retaining architectural stewardship, enabling focused investment in higher-leverage platform capabilities. The DevEx team designed and delivered an internal developer portal, orchestrating ephemeral environments at scale, significantly reducing onboarding time, improving developer velocity, and increasing infrastructure utilization efficiency. In parallel, I established durable Terraform-based platform patterns spanning compliance, security, and knowledge systems, driving long-term alignment and governance consistency.
